About Us

As one of the leading compliance contractors, Elecheck provide a range of health and safety compliance services on a nationwide basis. With a network of over 100 field-based engineers, we work in locations throughout the UK with a wealth of experience that spans across a variety of sectors, including education, facilities management, social housing, local authorities, healthcare, and many more.

The engineering team is strengthened by more than 50 management, planning, administration and sales staff based at our Head Office in Cambridge. We deliver compliance services to organisations of all sizes, from small, one-off contracts, to managing portfolios of more than 80,000 properties.

A Brief History

Elecheck was initially formed in 1993 by Iain Cruickshank, to assist UK businesses with their obligations under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Due to requests from clients, Elecheck went on to provide a more extensive range of services and now deliver a full compliance solution to manage health and safety responsibilities.

Continued growth has resulted from building close relationships with longstanding clients - offering the highest quality service at the most competitive rates. As Elecheck is privately owned, with independence from any group structure; our clients can rely on the same high quality service, delivered consistently, year upon year.
