Managing Director

With an extensive background in the construction industry, Iain founded elecheck^ in 1993 after identifying a market need for a premium electrical compliance service to fulfil health and safety responsibilities.

Over the last 18 years, Iain has developed the company into one of the leading independent compliance contractors in the UK. He now works closely with our Senior Management team to drive the continued growth of the business, and maintain our prestigious reputation within the industry.

Head of Business Development

Having previously worked at Director level, Graham is tasked with assisting the development and growth of the business.

With previous roles in operations, finance, sales and marketing, he has worked for a leading global technology brand as well as having held senior roles within local government and the education sector. He utilises his expertise to support day-to-day operations and maintain our prominent market position.

Associate Director (Head of Engineering)

David joined Elecheck a year after its inception as an electrical engineer. He now operates the role of Head of Engineering and is responsible for over 100 engineers and consultants across the UK as well as all technical, health, safety and welfare matters.

As an Associate Director, David has a key responsibility for the operational processes operated within the company.

David is Elecheck's NICEIC Principle Duty Holder and Qualifying Supervisor. In addition to his wealth of experience within Elecheck, He has also undertaken an additional 7 City and Guilds electrical qualifications, a course in IOSH Managing Safely and is fully First Aid trained.

Associate Director (Business Development)

With over 20 years management experience and 10 years with Elecheck, Carla heads the tendering division and oversees all tendering activity within the company. Having managed contracts up to a value of £1.2 million, Carla plays a key role in the sales process and ensuring that we are working inline with our contractual obligations and satisfying client requirements.

General Manager – Sales

Backed by over 30 years of previous commercial experience (with 25 years within senior sales and management roles), Neil is responsible for the management of both the Field Sales and office based House Accounts team. He also manages various key accounts across a range of sectors. During his career, he has managed accounts with individual annual revenues exceeding a value of £15million

Associate Director (Finance)

Jonathan joined elecheck^ in 2007 as the Financial Controller after 13 years of experience at Price Bailey LLP. This included managing the accounts and tax affairs of a portfolio of clients, including elecheck^. Jonathan now oversees all finance matters within the company to ensure we retain our strong financial standing and operate effective credit control procedures.

Philip Courtenay BEng (Hons)

Commercial Manager

With a degree in Engineering Business Management and a background in marketing, Philip works closely with our sales team to oversee the management of our key accounts. He also heads our in-house marketing team and operates a customer focused role to evaluate the provision of our services in line with client requirements.

Mark Collier BA (Hons)

Planning Manager

With previous commercial training, Mark initially joined the company as a member of the planning team, and progressed to become Planning Manager and was put through a CMI Leadership and Management programme. He is now responsible for a team of 9 staff who manage individual contracts of up to 1,800 properties.

Mark's primary role is to oversee the planning and booking process in line with client deadlines whilst minimising disruption to site operations.

HR Manager

Rebecca joined us as HR Manager, utilising over 10 years experience in Human Resources and Facilities Management. As well as ensuring that the company operates within employment law guidelines, Rebecca deals with the recruitment, training and development of staff to drive their progression within the company and maintain our low staff turnover.

Rebecca is also Nebosh qualified in the management of health and safety, and is currently working towards her CIPD qualification. She is also working towards an Investors in People award on behalf of Elecheck.
