As an education provider, we understand the considerable responsibility placed on you to deliver a ‘duty of care’ to your staff and students.

Elecheck provide a specialist service to the education sector, with around 80 schools, colleges and universities currently under contract. This means that we understand how best to undertake work at your site and the specific health and safety and operational considerations that should be taken into account.

As education specialists, we:

• Only use Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked engineers
• Plan around your staff and students – undertaking weekend and holiday work if required.
• Offer to spread the cost of compliance over 5 years to help with budget allocation
• Provide jargon-free technical advice on your health and safety compliance obligations
• Are backed by the NICEIC, so your work is undertaken by a ‘competent person’, as required by the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
• Manage your health and safety programme, so your responsibility is delegated
